The ballot for the 2017 event opens on the 2nd of May 2016 until the 6th. All members should be aware that to be considered for a club place they should have first attempted entry via the ballot.
If unsuccessful in the ballot you should retain your rejection letter/e-mail as proof. This will be used at the club draw in December.
It has also been decided by the committee that entrants to the club draw require to have been a member for a full year prior to being considered. Priority will also be given to members who have not received a club place previously.
Club members not meeting the above criteria will only be considered if there are no other suitable candidates.
