Parkrun Dundee 15th November

Well….it has been an extremely rainy week, so Parkrun at Camperdown was made even tougher than usual as the runners negotiated their way through lots of water and mud. No less than 22 Hawks were in attendance on one of the few XC free weekends this autumn.

The first three runners home were all Hawks. James Donald (junior) led the way running 18:30 followed by Matthew Tonner (junior) in 18:54 then Craig Love in 19:05.

First home for the ladies in 8th place overall was Louise Beveridge (21:06) followed by junior Katie Anderson in 14th with a time of 21:42.

Our younger juniors also had good runs in the muddy conditions. Blair Scott finished 11th in 21:25 and Ryan Donald 17th in a new PB of 22:58.

Despite the conditions there were 4 more PBs for our junior runners. Isabel Remers has continued to improve this autumn and got another PB finishing 31st in 24:55 and nine year old Jack Donald improved his time to 26:30. There were also PBs for Jodie Taylor (28:09) and Amy Mollison (29:04).

Well done to all that ran. Full results are on the Parkrun Dundee webpage.
